Re : Singularity Man

There may be a reason as to why people are here, but there was never any reason for God.

I had this 45 when I was a kid, and I think this was the B-side to Maggie May, and I remember that I liked it.

I found this Country artist named Wheeler Walker Jr. I’m on my phone right now so I can’t post a vid or a link, but he’s Satanic without being Satanic if that makes sense.

Things you don't expect to see on a South Park Concert Special.

This may very well be that last time this happens on stage.

Rush - Neil Peart + Primus + South Park = THIS

Another good one for the Satanic playlist, I like it, of course, most of the music I'm posting is already here somewhere, but hell if I know where it is

Time to hit the road, and with the price of gas lately, I'm always...

Maybe I'm getting a little obsessive at this point. But music of one of my favorite bands leads to interviews, which leads to talking about the first band, and the more I watch on this woman the more fucking impressed I get.

And also a hell of a fucking loss for her first band.

People can say what they want about Tarja (Nightwish), Elize Ryd, and Amy Lee, same level of amazing.  The death metal growl is also a soprano...

"Oh don't mind me I can just do every fucking part to one of the hardest vocal covers ever."

Maybe I'm just turning European in my taste, but everything I'm listening to lately is either on Century  Media, Napalm, or Nuclear Blast Records.

And I've also developed an unhealthy Judy Garland-like obsession with Alissa White-Gluz.  Especially all her costumes  Been in a youtube hole of all her collaborations. Mostly to hear her clean vocals.

And backwards in her catalog of music. (2009-2015)

The Arch Enemy is pretty good. I like it when black/death metal bands do a mix of the dirty/clean vocals. Agathodaimon Requiem 99 is also a good example of this, although that would be the male version.

But I thought this was supposed to be music OTHER than black metal. I'm not overly familiar with the Arch Enemy. End OF The Line comes to mind, so I would guess death metal just based off that one song, where technically that would be true to the thread title.

Country music was mentioned in the OP, and I've been doing a little of that here, and I'm not ashamed to say that Country Boy song by Glen Campbell seems to be one of those that I never get tired of listening to, yet.

I was won over by Arch Enemy in 2004 when i heard Wages of Sin. That was with Angela Gossow who is their manager now.  But I think they took a step forward in vocal artistry when the added Alissa.

One of my Top 5 Bands for being half 80's metal. Probably Carcass remnants. Michael Amot writes some catchy shit. But not as technically masterful as her first band The Agonist.  Whose 2nd and 3rd Albums Lullibies for the Dormant Mind and Prisoners are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you like oiginality in The Death Metal genre.

Shes also gotten alot better since joining Arch Enemy. By the time releases her solo album she'll be alongside Tarja (Nightwish 1), Floor Jansen (Nightwish 3), Elize Ryd (Ameranthe), Simone Simmons (Epica), and Lzzy Hale.  And hopefully many of those others may be on it.  They're all friends in real life.

I'm trapped in an awesome female metal singer K-hole right now.

I did listen to her clean vocals earlier, and she does sound pretty fuckin' good, like "I can do this, but I'd rather do this." I get it.
