So our host which was awesome for nearly two years made some changes and put us on a server that uses ' bit Ninja ' for a security IP checker to filter bots. This is great except the 'Bit Ninja' for reasons the host can not explain has a hard on for this network and , at times starts asking groups of users for a capcha check. Not a big problem except Bit Ninja will go fucking bizerk and start asking the same user for a capcha check every 4 or 5 page turns. It seems those of us with a dynamic IP ( one that changes often ) are targeted. You can defeat Bit Ninja by using a VPN that fixes a IP to you. But, this is not realistic and I do not expect users to do this...
So, as you see our user activity is suffering because of Bit Ninja riding groups of us and our host can not or will not do anything. Solution is to migrate to a new host ( again ) . This move might be also be a ideal time to upgrade to a new software as this one ( oxwall ) no longer updates and we are stuck in 2015... forever.
This will not affect anyone really and it will be smooth like last time. This will all be going down in April. So that is what is happening.
If you are getting attacked by Bit Ninja a VPN will make him go away. Just saying until the migration . This is what I am doing and I only get asked for capcha once when I log in.
