Satanic routines | Forum

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone makes satanism a part of everyday life? Muslims pray towards Mekka 5 times a day, christians pray by the bed every evening, and so on. I have not found anything like it in satanism, so from a satanist to another, how do you do it?

I don't.

The reason for this is simple. There is nothing tangible there for me to use. I cant get myself into a frame of mind where it even provides psychodrama.

That's not to say I am not without superstition, a superstition like a behaviolial equilibrium...  Theres no way of proving our actions balance along ethical lines, especially considering man invented ethics, but it seems what you "do" weights one or the other side of your balance.

In this sense prayer is not weighting the side that drags you down anymore than necessary.  An example would be: If you kill someone the behavioral opposite balances out your shit. So save a cancer kid.

or...

Sorry for my bad english. I was not asking if you guys were praying, hell no. I meant if anyone has a specific routine to make your LHP religion a part of everyday. It can be a meditation, ritual you name it. Or do you celebrate like an sabbatic day every week?

Well me personally say ( Avast Satanis ) 3 times before and during every shower and again every night before I go to sleep.  In certain situations I pray to Satan just as someone would pray to their ( God ).

No. LHP is about to evolve oneself to godhood, and taking distance to the cosmos. RHP is about becoming one with the cosmos instead. I was accepted in to an order (which focuses on the darker aspects of the psyche and reality) at an early age. So dont try to define LHP in front of me. LaVey was not the first to define satanism, so stop using laveys philosophy as some kind of basis for all satanism.

I try to find repose in myself, that's my daily ritual.

Quote from Chiron I try to find repose in myself, that's my daily ritual.
This has to be one of the HARDEST THINGS FOR AN AI HUMAN TO DO...!!

Collecting heads is soo much easier!

Actually giving head is even easier!

I'll leave the giving head part to you.

I apply Satanism into my life everyday, in the everyday choices and decisions I make. It isn't something like praying or performing a ritual or anything like that, it's just  always kind of in my mind. When I was owned, I had a daily "prayer", if you will, to say to my Master, and I said it every night before bed and every morning when I woke up.

I believe that we are born Satanists and then taught to conform to another's ideals. It is a mindset, more than anything else. Well, this is my opinion anyway.

Hey, whoever said that a "Satanic" mind set is nothing but cold and calculating has never hung out with me, especially on a day when I am feeling especially silly. Can I be cold and calculating? Damn straight, I can be! Only when it is necessary for we all wear masks when we need to. As for being reptilian, well I like reptiles and so I don't take being called as such a bad thing. Although, I am warm and cuddly too. lol. Anyways, I love being me and living my life to it's fullest potential without feeling guilty about being human.

I actually tend to agree with that. Where we differ, though, is that said mind-set is severe, cold, calculating, critical, and not liberal at all. Reptilian, in a word - which is thematically consistent.

Even so, it's a rare breed that identifies it as a mindset. Most are usually too preoccupied reinventing the wheel / creating a new religion or AMORC to grok that religion, faith, beliefs, belonging, and anything else at all having to do with man's fraternal / sororal spiritual heritage are anathema to what is genuinely (dictionary definition) satanic.

I understand and totally agree, AK. Working with the public sector in an agency has taught me to wear many hats. Now, you have me thinking about an essay that I read referring to the systematic masks that we wear.

Quote from AK I would be curious to read said essay.

The Systematic Mask

It is about how systematic masks can be beneficial.

Quote from AK Sugar tits, it says page not found. Help me out here.

Sugar tits... Hehe. It makes me think of a titty sundae or something along those lines when I hear that phrase. That makes me hungry. lol. Seriously, I have no clue as to why the link came up broken on your end. Maybe your browser settings or internet created interference? If you can not see it, I can definitely give you another way to view the essay.

This could be an interesting topic to explore if starting with the tracks that lead to the rabbit hole first. The closest I have seen was the mindset comment but not in any set way. Well other than question everything especially your own reasoning and choices.

First I would like to address the title and ask what form of Satanic? I have not been on here in a while and it looks like they have deleted many things I would reference and no I am not typing them all out again. I would ask how much running does a person need to do before they are a runner? When they get that label of runner does that mean that is all they are? As with many things labels getting placed are often given too freely and way too much stock is placed in them.

As AK said, I don't think you can be a 24 hour a day satanist,,, well unless you can program your dreams and no, your sleep ware choice and wall posters don't count. Anyone trying to 24/7 something like satanism or left hand path is on the way towards the “try hard” or "poser" label.

Here are a couple of routine questions and remember you only need to be honest to yourself,,, you can lie to the rest ;-)

How did you get here? Was it part of an exploration to see what is out there or a reaction and you picked here because it might upset or shock people (action or reaction)?

Are you ok doing something and keeping it to yourself or are you the kind of person who posts pictures even of their food (needs to be seen as the image they want to be)?

What I find interesting is just how many people tend to fit into the stereotypes, since such topics have been mentioned. I can not begin to count the times that I have ran into people who were simply crying out for attention because they thrive on such things. Mommy didn't give me enough attention or some other thing has led them to go find it elsewhere and the shock value makes it even more enticing. What better way that to claim being Satanic? Right? lol.

Oh and don't get me going about those who constantly post images of things like food and shit or constantly stirring drama on their feed, although I like to post things that I am proud of because I am simply proud of it and vent upon occasion because it is a release.

Seriously, I feel that Satanism is a mindset that is there from the beginning. Then again, that is simply my opinion of that and definitely not something I would uphold others to as it is an individually crafted path and not something which is textbook.

I wrote an essay about habits and routines in a book. In that essay, I addressed the differences between such things. The questions that I would ask is these: Who...Who benefits from such routines?  What...What defines them as being "Satanic?"

W

here... Where does your intellectual decompression come into play? Why...Why do you feel they are necessary? How... How do you go about your "Satanic routines?"

I have at least a passing interest in most religions and in the definition of religion itself. Actually I have a larger interest in what brings people to certain religions and working out if its faith or a crutch or whatever.

It makes me laugh the amount of people that will not do something unless they can be seen doing it. From the failed criminal that thinks their arrest record is a bragging point to the person who only gives to a charity when they get a special sticker (like a doe eyed 5th grader).

My opinion of the mind set idea is when you find a set of key base values and apply them, that could become the mind set. Once the basics are worked out then that mind set can be tweaked and so on.

I also like fucking with people. I am more often rather polite about it so they think I am being real about it. There is a funny little quote I like “The less I care the more polite I can be. The more polite I am, the more people think I care”. I do like the shock value from time to time but in different ways than most. Kind of like a cat and mouse psych game really. Had one person thinking the cheshire cat from alice in wonderland was a far better archetype than satan.

Nothing wrong with the shock value as it has its place. However, I was referring to those who constantly use that tactic as it does become old after a while. lol. A mixture keeps them guessing.
