Lucifer bears the Light of Wisdom and as such Lucifer can be properly associated with the Moon, not Venus. Why? Because if Lucifer bears the Light of wisdom, what is associated with the Sun, Lucifer then is associated with the moon, what bears the light of the Sun and remember what uncle Aleister said, "Every man is a star".

Yes, I remember this saying of Mr. Crowley. But, if I understood it right, it means that the "illumination" comes from ourselves.
For me, Lucifer - the creator of mankind and the bringer of the light, is neither Venus nor the moon or any other object outside man.

Lucifer the lightbearer, and "Every man is a star" could possibly be that Lucifer the morning star is the brightest star still in the morning sky and reflects the Sun's light, and every man being a star such as Lucifer could mean shining brightly a reflection of your inner self. ... just another one of many interpretations ;) ... you are your own star as a unique individual shining brightly... you are Lucifer.

You know people make up alot of symbolism. The reality is.Satan had nothing really to do with the moons symbolism. However Satan likes for everything to be symbolic of him but just for pride and glory sake but as a reminder sake when you see the moon you will think of the accuser

This article basically says that "Lucifer" is a translation of "phosphorus"; which is found in our DNA.
I personally take that as Lucifer is in all of us.
