Charlies Manson condensed interview analysis from Infernal Acumen's blog

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIfGj_55FHI

This is my take-away from what Charles Manson said in his interview. What are your thoughts?

1) The happiness doesn't come from everything we have or could have, but from our state of mind. We are only as free as our mind allows us to be.

-

2) We will be going through changes, whether we want to or not. We will be forced by the ongoing of life to change. We might as well choose the changes we wish to undergo. We need to make change.

-

3) People are too concerned with doing things they don't want to do instead of doing what they want to do. We spend our life in servitude of impressing others, doing as others command of us, instead of leading ourselves through our own lives.

-

4) When people don't understand us, they will do whatever they can to take action against us in retaliation for being that which they don't favor. People will justify these things to themselves to keep their little bubble of happiness safe and in tact. Don't deviate from society, even if you are right, because it's that society who judges whether or not you are right. De facto/ De juro.

-

5) How many people is our government responsible for forcing onto ventilators (through the development of manmade diseases), jamming pills down their throat (or shots into their arms), and killed? Look at what society has done to create and empower the government we have to enforce such things.

-

6) Society sows seeds and expects everyone else to collectively reap the rotting fruits. Even if they didn't plant them. Terrible decisions are made to create monsters. When the monsters act like monsters, society acts appalled. As if society is nothing but model citizens doing the right thing at all times and making the best decisions.

It is non-sensical to create a monster and not expect a monster to act like a monster. Society is to blame for the seeds they sow. Individuals are to blame for the seeds they sow.

-

7) We aren't responsible for anyone else actions other than our own actions. If only that could be more valued in today's society.

-

8 ) If we focused more on what actually mattered instead of false hopes and living a fake life, we may actually find fulfillment in the life we are attempting to escape.

Too many people to eliminate the systems of control. Christiania couldn't even pull it off and even elected a government. And they were anarchist squatters on a decomissioned military compound that sold weed. It's sorta like how college hippies think a commune is replacement for a small town. It's too myopic to incorporate perspective.

There is no biological way to keep a settlement of more than a couple hundred people cohesive without manmade authoritative roles and social casting. Alphas are biological. Egalitarianism means equal opportunity to be as dominant as possible. And in this mess you'll find some of those that reject the systems in place bear the mark of the alpha-beast. Not really apart from the system, but wired to be an iconoclast to it. An antagonist. And why shouldnt they eat first? Deprive a director of a future molestation victim? All programmed to change the environment through self serving behavior.

Don't forget the pain of rejection. They botched the targets, but Charles was just angry no one liked his music all in all. A moved from house, and a mistaken house, both of which with music industry ties had they still been correct. I'm sure he wouldn't have gone all helter skelter with more than one royalty check. One man's revenge against a nepotistic landscape of chosen and failed punters. Society didn't create him doing anything unnatural, his ego and inability to consistently write a hook did. https://youtu.be/jpkiCQrzu8UDon't forget the pain of rejection. This is another manipulative interview from Manson. He always used that sort of verbal language and body language when he was being interviewed by the media. It’s all designed to produce an effect: either to confuse critically minded people or draw naïve, unthinking people to his side or cause. There is nothing really insightful or profound in what he says. The method of delivery is all important as a manipulative device.

Manson claimed to be a sort of magician – he believed he could influence states of affairs, using only his mind. That assumes a spiritual worldview, which he touches upon in this interview. He actually implies here and elsewhere that he is Jesus Christ. It’s just ridiculous.

The only interesting thing he ever said was his references to mirroring and ATWA – the rest is bullshit.

By a strange and ironic twist, this blog was posted on the birthday of the two most profound critics of western modernity: Friedrich Nietzsche and Michel Foucault. Manson, the so called critic, is not even fit to tie the shoes laces of Nietzsche and Foucault.

I like how I got 3 comments to a video and none of those comments addressed anything said in the video... Hmmm. The 1-star reviews too. Tells me some people prefer to react more so on knee-jerk reactions rather than stand non-emotional in an effort to evaluate what was said instead of who said it.

Is there anyone LHP left in this group?

You smarmy pretentious clown: what, I’m somehow not LHP, because I’m not impressed by Manson’s inept and ridiculous diagnosis of modern society or modern existence?

I stand by what I said: I didn’t think Manson said anything profound in this interview. There are a number of people who have made significant observations and criticisms of modern society or modern existence. Charles Manson isn’t among them.

You look like a fucking moron, in your ridiculous looking robes, with your so called spiritual beliefs which you just don’t have the acumen to properly explain or justify.

No. This has nothing to do with impressions on Manson, but everything to do with you as an individual and how you choose to conduct yourself. You aren't LHP because of your attitude issues and lack of patience as shown in your second response. You outed yourself. If anyone would like to take the 5 minutes of time to watch the video and converse over this topic, I would be willing to entertain.
