It's amazing how much the Satanic Temple mainstreamed "Satanism," to the extent where I've seen pornstars affiliate themselves with this organization, It makes me laugh from seeing of how big TST has basically expanded. The reason why I added the quote to Satanism, is because we can all agree that its fake Satanism that they put out. If an average person who thought that Satanism was TST and he came across to an individual with actual Satanic thought, then that person would be surprised to comprehend his perceptions of blindness. Like you, I can never understand as to why a person who would call himself a Satanist or an LHPer choose to associate with an organization that espouses the complete opposite. 

If a person claims that they are practicing the Left Hand Path but choose to support or agree to an organizations collectivist, leftist, conforming mindset, then they do not deserve to call themselves Satanists or practitioners of the Left Hand Path. I won't get into the political argument as that is not my point in writing this, but as Thomas LeRoy once pointed out, the Left Hand Path is individualistic. So, it does not bother me if you choose to associate yourself with any political philosophy. But choosing to associate yourself with a far left or a far right point of view is contradictory to what the Left Hand Path or Satanism is all about, which puts TST on the spotlight as that political side. 

Satanism and the path of darkness has its purity, if you have forgotten this purity by justifying that TST is "antinomian" as a way of trying to categorize it on the LHP scale, then you are absurd.

It claims itself to be sinister, but clearly it's doctrine is strait from one of the bookends of the liberal/conservative spectrum.

Their adherents, those that openly affiliate, are likewise "cut/paste" from the prescribed extreme view. They don't even think. Like they like the sigil for its outward antinomian context and suddenly their some "satanic" wigger emulating the inner city with their group chat autodeification. Politically, everything is party line. It seems straying from the ideological camp may actually cause discomfort, especially when considering ones lockstep standing within the herd. I wonder how many kids in the wicked cabal would be weary to support that other bookend?

TST is nothing more than a group of radical left-wing mob and how to deal with radical left wings is to ignore them as their only power is to talk and "hear me" activism. As long we talk about them or pay attention to them it gives them power. I believe any individual who are dedicated to his own personal development will easy ignore any mob as they don't need it. You only need a mob if you are nothing inside.

I want to know what's wrong with a bunch of secular humanists using Satan to troll the bible belt and change religion influenced laws.  Let's put aside what annoying activists they can be and ask what's wrong with using goat bitch and abortion raffles for secular activism in support of separating god from country.

The only thing it could ever have to do with you is if you say you are a Satanist and someone pulls up the tenets of the satanic temple on wikipedia and assumes those are the laws of your secular religion.  Fluffed by association. 

Since the beginning of "The Aeon of Horus" (if you want to get occulty and philosophical), or about 1900, it has been a 125 year long major left turn. Most if not all social changes in this time have been towards egalitarian ideals anywhere a society is advanced.  In the US this hit a snag after WWII while most of the world kept sliding left.  And only because God Blessed White America against communism did the US not follow the world into 'socialism'. 

Even Saudi Arabia is not immune to some left trending change. Like women getting to vote in Saudi elections, in the few elections they have. They are only 100 years behind the US in this arrow of "liberal" leftward change. 

A single god dies as secular humanism rises along with non-belief and appropriation of 'socialist' ideals. I encourage anyone (maybe some of the socks) to debate me on this.

Nothing wrong really, except that, if you want to actually bring about some social, political or legal change, then putting Satan on your banner is unlikely to ensure you success. On the opposite, it will alienate potential followers. And by followers, I don't mean hardcore, bible thumping Christian bigots, because those won't be swayed, but the masses of moderate people, whether they are Christians or atheists. And if you are into any sort of activism, then gathering followers is crucial. And they chose a wrong mascot for that.

I agree with the TST. Fundy Christians need to be opposed on their religious provenance. Which is what all this is about. Conservative propaganda and parrots will spin them into a PC legion with Nancy Pelosi but really their goal is the same as The Pastfarians and the challenge to The Kansas Board of Education.

I like killing the notion American societal laws are the will of bullshit on high, which was the intent of putting intentionally coersive biblical art on government property.  I mean, it's not like The DoD paying for non-denominational chapels on all their bases. It is saying,  "God is our legal systems ultimate judge", which no longer works in an increasingly irreligious society where many (like myself) hold divinity to be a logically invalid idea.

TST is playing right into their narrative that the secular state with free abortion, LGBT rights and religious neutrality is Satanic agenda. And, as I said, causing any significant change requires gathering followers. Call it mindless mob, if you like, but there is no way around it. The sheep need a shepherd to lead them to a new pasture and you need to get their trust first if you want them to leave the old meadow. You like TST, fine, but who else likes them? They can't even get Satanists at their side, let alone appeal to the wider audience.
