Every time you can be incontrovertibly exposed for not knowing shit you cop out. Moving on then...

Quote from Tom RiddleThat's why I won't join the Sect. I see atheism also as a faith because if you are certain that gods don't exists then you are also believers. However, LeRow talks about an alternative to atheist/theist. The gods and demons exists within the collective unconsciousness. Like me he compare it a lot with Brahman in the sense that all gods are avatars of Brahman. All gods and demons are masks of the archetype of the collective unconsciousness.

I do not get knowledge about the esoteric from LeRoy's videos. That comes from book reading. What I get from him is an Jungian interpretation of the esoteric. I doubt his model is correct but he is interesting to listen to.

Yeah, atheism is ultimately a faith (pre big bang), but it does have one less god to explain away where paradoxes are concerned. Atheism has one less step.  And please contest on that.

And do you understand what you are saying here?:

The gods and demons exists within the collective unconsciousness. Like me he compare it a lot with Brahman in the sense that all gods are avatars of Brahman. All gods and demons are masks of the archetype of the collective unconsciousness.

This is almost accurate.

Like what is "mask of the archetype" mean to you?

How do you incorporate that into a fucking ritual without the need for Jungian or even spiritual archetypes? (That may inaccurate to your most recent backpedal) Still, I have to question your esoteric abilities if you can't draw comparisons between all societal characters. How do you gain attainment if you can't see what the archetypes entail.

Beyond calling upon archetypes for psychodrama whatever,  they effect you. Your behaviors can be influenced by these characters.  That's the entire purpose of this.  Almost like clearing engrams in Scientology, there is a lot of social damage done by constructs and characters people think up. It's fucking Imaginationland.  We're questioning, right?

Instead of using drugs the Satanist uses altar, baphomet, bell etc to alter his state of consciousness.

One can use drugs to.  How is Baphomet altering you consciousness any different than a Christian feeling the Lord with a cross?

** I really have lost where I am with this and I think I may be contradicting myself by now. I remember it was alchemy this morning or esoterics. And is now on presensing of archetypes In ritual, I think...

@TR

Not we concluded but you concluded, without backing up your claims. You were asked questions you didn't answer.

Tell me. Isn't playing an "accuser" provocative? Aren't you a provocative bitch? It's an appeal to sadism. You're getting what you were begging for. I thought you enjoyed it.

I do not provoke you. It's you who feel provoked by me and it's therefore you who have an issue. You seems not to control your emotions.

This just comes off(to me) as some 'mundane' that doesn't have any experience or know what the fuck they are talking about, and furthermore the term "drugs" does leave some to be desired.

Sorry I meant the Sigil of Baphomet.

As I understand it then the archetypes are transcendent meaning that we can't imagine what they are but mythological beings like gods, angels and demons is examples of masks of the archetypes just like The Mother.

In hindu philosophy the gods all are different avatars of Brahman and the subconsciousness is part of Brahman which I see some similarities.

I don't know what the four crow princes and the infernal names really are but they do change me on a psychological basis in the ritual chamber. I feel vibrations in my body and a touch in form of breezes, heat, coldness and cold feet. It's a state of mind where there is no thinking, only feeling and a complete focus on the goal.

Quote from Tom Riddles you seem not to control your emotions.

I know but I'm really trying to improve myself. But it's really a hard task since one bitch after another bitch comes with a seemingly deliberate attempt to trigger me.

But coming back to the topic, how are the sensations you feel during a ritual any different from metaphysical sensations of Christian mystics? Ever seen or read about ecstasy of Saint Teresa?

I have never stated it was different. I think occult ritual and mysticism gives shared experience across religions and philosophies. The difference is only that I as a Satanist have an other goal with my practice than the Christian mystics or in general the RHP mystics.

My understanding of the RHP mystics is that they seek unity with God. A some sort of Gnosticism.

And what does it give you to call me moron, idiot, illiterate, faggot, bitch etc and trying to humiliate me? Are you not a Christian? Do you not believe in love to the next?

You would be better to get this Hindu RHP shit out of your head, it's fucking you up. Avatars of Brahman? Yet you don't have belief? The fuck?

When you say the collective unconcsious is part of Brahman (Atman) you are saying ourselves and our characters are of divinity (as the Hindu believe), instead of divinity coming from our characters. Brahman denotes the highest cosmic reality. "God" (Brahman/Atman) as everything.

* For fun compare and contrast Advaita to Kaballah in 20 years when you finally get this.

You have LITERALLY no clue what you are talking about.

Archetypes exist primarily because of mankind, because of our societies, because of the common characters of our day to day. The characters get recycled throughout all societies.

Why can't I imagine an archetype like the Mother?  It has set of attributes unique to the archetype. Fuck, Batman is an archetype for representing the character of the "hero", The Joker can dance with devil in the pale moon light and cover "the trickster".

If a girl is treated like shit by her father, her father takes "the shitty father" archetype.  When someone says she has "Daddy Issues",  it defers to the the shitty father.

Take "Lilith", she can considered the "Black Magic Woman" archetype in today's terms. The sensual seductive devil bitch.  From that copies of form are made. I know plenty of Lilith Immaculates. Black Number 1's. They become the archetype.

These motifs incorporate themselves into our mythology because they are ever-present characteristics of the human experience. Genetic memories. Like innate recognition of character traits.

From Plato to Jung, you'll like the pretty songs, and you'll like to sing along, but you won't know what it means... because you are the "Zarthustras Ape" archetype.

Addendum:

This is how the collective unconscious works, you should try Wikipedia.

the human collective unconscious is populated by instincts, as well as by archetypes: universal symbols such as The Great Mother, the Wise Old Man, the Shadow, the Tower, Water, and the Tree of Life.[1] Jung considered the collective unconscious to underpin and surround the unconscious mind, distinguishing it from the personal unconscious of Freudian psychoanalysis. He argued that the collective unconscious had profound influence on the lives of individuals, who lived out its symbols and clothed them in meaning through their experiences. The psychotherapeutic practice of analytical psychology revolves around examining the patient's relationship to the collective unconscious.

And if you click on "archetypes" it says:

They are unclear underlying forms, or the archetypes-as-such, from which emerge images and motifs[4] such as the mother, the child, the trickster, and the flood among others. History, culture and personal context shape these manifest representations thereby giving them their specific content.

So I ask you "HOW CAN WE NOT IMAGINE SOMETHING WHEN IT IS OUR IMAGINATION THAT MAKES IT?"  Do they come from god or something? Copies of faces of god upon our experience?

Addendum to Addemdum:

I accidentally added this to the wrong thread at first.

Relevant 90's song about Brahman and the psyche.

I'm a doubter but when my intellect is decompressed I become a believer in the spiritual. Therefore I need the intellectual decompression chamber to develop a belief in the spiritual. I ask you now... Have you read TSB?

It's not clear that Jungian model is correct. I can't see the difference in what I said and what you say. We just use different words.

You are right. I was referring to
hallucinogenic substances. My point is that esoteric rituals really can trick your mind. All these mystic experiences during esoteric ritual can be pure psychological but it's not for sure.

Yes, you just want to play pretend in front of symbols that you have no clue about, And wax poetic on things you barely understand. I am no more invested in this than tripping you over yourself repeatedly and walking you around in ouroboroughs.
