This portion of Anna’s post really jumped out, due to its sincerity and validity. Despite my own fetish for occultism and magic, I agree with Anna’s position.

I interpret Hebdomadry as a lifelong Hermetic/alchemical process of carefully feeling where the boundaries and limitations are and then breaking through or transcending and hence growing larger and more connected with an acausal Other. I think it is a way of incinerating a mundane self and then refining the remainders through physical deeds, through pain, through empathy, through effort, through abstraction-cracking. Anyway that is how I see it.  

I think Islam, National Socialism and Satanism, etc., are just tools or causal forms, which give individual initiates a pre-existing structure so they can subvert, be antinomian, flout the rules and hence break free or force the personal boundaries back. I think Myatt's biography exemplifies that.

Anna is smarter than me and schools me repeatedly on Satanism. She has not even defined what is satanic in a way that makes me still right. And I exclude all that doesnt agree with me. Let me explain the one I met, because I thought she was so fucking cool with her secret life she played off to neighbors and people that didn't need to know as "rich parents". 

The one I met (when I was chauffeur giving people expensive airport rides) was going to graduate UCLA "summa cum laude" and pay cash up front for graduate school at Berkley. No student loans or need to compete for grants with overexertion. Just 10 hours a weekend taking her clothes off for high roller hedge fund millionaires and convention jackasses.. And she made more in 6 six weeks then I made in a year.  60 hours, she tops my annual salary.

I feel it's unfair to demean her tact and promotion of self simply because the satanic witch knew how to bilk vegas convention lap dance fiends for the life of a semi-famous actress.
