1. What is a "soul?"

2. What is a soul made from?

3. What or who or how did the stuff that makes souls come into being?

4. What exactly is meant by "spiritual?" Define that word/concept precisely.

5. Where is this spiritual realm?

6. Is this spiritual realm finite or infinite?

7. What is this spiritual realm made out of. It's fundamental building blocks. Like we can say that protons, electrons, and neutrons are the building blocks of the physical realm.

8. How did this spiritual realm come into being?

8. C knows what I'm going say here, and as a matter of fact, without checking, I'm pretty sure I already have. Not only here, but elsewhere on the forum as well. So I could just say 'acausal' and maybe post a music track, and that would be that, or, I could at least indulge a couple paragraphs while simultaneously steering clear of all but the slightest degree of redundancy. Wishful thinking, perhaps.

In order to formulate a reply here. The neat, tidy, and structural orderliness of this current reality construct must be vacated, following a descension into the chaos of which gods are born. So maybe a very brief descriptive loop of nothing : chaos : order : entropy(returning to chaos) : ad infinitum. It makes absolutely no sense how anything can emerge from a static eternal state of absolute nothingness, but in any event, these are the paradoxes of that which is, and that which is not, that require resolution - if that's your thing, you know, like maybe a side gig or something.

It's not necessarily trying to visualize a negative existence, because it's more like the absence of imagination, or any visualization. You can visualize the primordial Godseed, but a common error would be to visualize it within a spatial construct which is not the case. Probably the best route is just to 'say' that there was an eternity when nothing existed, and then something happened - to steal a quote from 2001 A Space Odyssey : something wonderful.

So, the spiritual realm, and everything else came into being via this mysteriously magical and wonderful 'saviour' from this dreaded eternal nothingness, this magic that forever, without cause, causes the wheels of eternity to be forever in motion, with music and whatever else, as opposed to an eternity of silence - ignorance may be bliss, but I still go with the former.

Thus, the cosmological constant has now been upgraded to an acausal element which is not a constant, constant, but more of a recurring constant in that all times past, and all to come, it...

I believe I recall that C said that she likes INXS, so this is a good wrap on this, plus I may do a supplemental follow-up here, just for the hell of it.

7. Whether it's spiritual or material. It's just different densities of the same fundamental concept. Material has its' varying densities of solid, liquid, and gas, defined by the atomic mass of their varying constituents. The atoms are mostly composed of empty space, densest at the core which is bound of the next least dense fundamental, that of energy, or, force.

Energy and force I believe are about as close as you can get to the nature of spirit, or, consciousness - similar in density, but different functions. The physical vessel is driven by material electrons, but the animator that commands it is more akin to force; more subtle and less dense.

The forces vary, from the binding force of atoms, and the eventual release of this energy back to the cosmos in the form of radiation, to the invisible electromagnetic that traverses the terrestrial, as well as the aethereal sphere, and of course gravity(attractive) and dark energy(repellant).

So it would be posited here that among all of these, the most fundamental would be spirit, or, consciousness, or said another way(C), via a most renown Hermetic axiom - all is mind.

4. According to my model. If you begin with the root aspect of primordial spirit. Which would initially exclude the three spatial dimensions, although the dimensional aspect of 'time' would be an integral part of this spirit, but at this prior stage it would only be time 'within' the primordial. It would not be time as change which is observed in a developing universe since the aethereal expansion has not yet occurred.

So it can be seen that when observed through one lens, that every evolving element of this primordial spirit is just another of its' many faces. Although typically when referring to spirit it is the incorporeal, living, and elusive that we are getting at - the animator, or, ghost in the machine. For some machines an adequate analogy would be the electricity that drives them, in which they would otherwise be dead, although oddly enough, electricity in its' manifested form is not even energy, technically, it is the flow of electrons which are fermions, or, matter particles.

1. As above so below, as within so without. In Hermetic Qabalah, or, the Tree Of Life. There are two very significant emanations; they are the first, and the tenth. The first and the last - 10 is a reflection of 01 as initially stated. The archangel of the first, Metatron : meta, Greek for that which transcends, is above(the spirit), or, above and beyond, and for the tenth : Sandalphon : sandal, at the foot, or, that which is below(the soul). These two sephiroth are at the head, and at the foot of what is commonly referred "the pillar of consciousness". It is the middle pillar, and the subject of many prominent occult rituals, if that's your thing.

When it comes to the "spirit" and the "soul". I have devised my own little analogy for these, not so long ago. It is the analogy of the Hydra. The body of the Hydra represents primordial spirit, while the 'heads' represent individual manifestations, perspectives(or the souls) of the 'body' - the great spirit reservoir, sometimes referred as 'the Guf', tree or treasury of souls.

The primordial juggernaut, forever transcending the existential polarities of the Absolute; establishing a medium by which to experience via its' heads of existence. The heads come and go, where one may depart, two may grow.

I'm at a loss. I suppose it's time for the Joker Of Suicide again.

From the Death And The Dead Thread. Questions by C.

I've decided to make this into an eight part blog, as opposed to cramming everything into one, and also so we don't have to work as hard, or for as long - all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy.

Let the games begin ! Immediately, or in good time - we don't know yet.
