Isaiah 14:12 - NIV

How you have fallen from heaven,

morning star, son of the dawn!

You have been cast down to the earth,

you who once laid low the nations!

Seems legit...

Lucifer fell to become the earliest considered form of Satan. Satan, by nature, opposes. You oppose because Satan calls within you, but can't perceive what it is. So you are driven to label your newfound ways in order to feel recognized. Excuse my boldness, but are you recognizing yourself?

"Check yourself before you wreck yourself."

(and this one isn't even the bible, this one's on Ice Cube folks)

For example, why should we engage in Battle for the sake of some "national ruler's" whim? Then again...why engage in a personal one for the sake of semantics, towards having a personal definition recognized?

A good thought to hold is that which does not lock one's mind around a concept, but around the interaction of several (when they are concisely structured that is).

Another one, is that one will only voice a fraction of what she or he intends and her or his listener will only perceive a fraction of what is voiced. So wrapping a discussion around different meanings of the same word might get chaotic, fellow opposers. How bigger a difference a sentence can make when it starts with "IMO (...)" or "To me, (...)"...

When one finds his own self among the ensuing chaos of endless interpretations of an endless number of books, long-dead prophets/madmen and sects, it is vital to hold on to their (dis)belief but also to absorb from that of others. Even if the intention is not to adapt anything within one's view, one can see, feel, touch some other collective (or not so much) thoughts.

But why do it then?

IMO the key is to use all the data one gathers from their surroundings to know exactly what did the other NOT understand of what one said. Patterns start forming like clouds afterwards, allowing mind and senses to awaken to what might be hindering one's own progress without knowing.

And here is where faith comes into play. To evolve after enlightenment one must often take risks. When a solution is finally put together to a certain problem there are still unforeseen or even unpreddictable consequences to take into consideration. This is because one's actions will always only be that: ONE's actions (against those of many).

So there are always those parts of a certain outcome you can control, and some which you just can't. Faith will play its part if one is confident about their own capabilities and ways of resolving a problem AND if they are confident about what the environment and context might bring unto the outcome, or simply one of the two.

How can one go against what "faith" is if that implies having some twisted form of it combined with sheer stubbornness fuel their actions?

And how can the raw concept of faith (regardless of what it is towards) NOT be dissociated with that of any pseudo-anthropomorphic design of omniscience?

If not, how can one tell himself theist or not, considering that some form of faith will always be present?

and speaking of forms of...what in Hell's pyres is, in fact, faith?

Another good thought to hold, maybe I should stop writing under a full moon...

So i wanted to write a Blog about the Paranormal and hauntings. Just to tell my point of view on some experiences i have had with normal, as well as demonic type hauntings before - and read about others, and their take on what they think about the Paranormal.

First to start off, i wanted to talk about my experiences. I have had a total of 4 experiences with "Hauntings" before. Once when i was a little kid, and 3 times during a Ghost Hunting session 2 years ago. My first experience, happened when i was 8 years old. My great grandfather was a WWII veteran, and served in Europe against Nazi Germany - he was Airbourn Infantry. He passed away a year after i was born, so i never got to meet him - to my memory. I remember seeing pictures of him alive, and pictures taken of him whilst in his Casket during his Funeral. He was buried in his Airbourne Retirement uniform - and this experience happened after getting home from School. I entered my house and went to my bedroom, and about 5-9 minutes after getting home, i looked through the hallway into my parents' bedroom, and i seen my GGF standing there looking at the wall. He appeared in his Retirement uniform. I looked at him for about 16 seconds, and there was no emotion coming from him. I looked away for 2 seconds to put something i had in my hand down, looked back, and he was gone. It freaked me out, but at the same time i felt a loving presence during the Experience.

My other Experiences happened in One place 2 years ago. Near me there is a famous haunted bar called Bobby Mackey's Music World in Wilder,Ky. I went there after seeing the establishment featured on TV. I wont tell the full story, as its longer then my first story - But, all the experiences i had, where sort of Demonic in Nature. We heard growls, screams, yells, and i even seen on 2 occasions, full figures of 2 men near the establishments Staging area. I was touched numerous times, and one full apparent touch, was on my arm, as i felt large, sand-paper like hand, grab my arm for 1 second. Which i was no where near anyone else at the time, and was completely alone. If you would like to read more about this establishment, just click Here.

With that being said, i wanted to get other peoples takes on what they think about the Paranormal, hauntings, and Ghosts in General - and also hear, if possible, anyone else's experience's in it.

Being a Chaos-Gnostic Satanist - obviously the type of satanism i follow, doesn't pertain to any worshiping of an Supernatural Entity - and i know some Satanists are either Skeptical, or neutral to these sort of things.

It was brought to my attention that the Church of Satan took a pot shot at Satanic International Network ( S.I.N.) .

They said ' Don’t be fooled by unauthorized Grottos, phony Orders of the Trapezoid, Silly Intercommunication Networks' .

Noticed the Capitalize ' Silly Intercommunication Networks ' which is a jab at Satanic International Network ( SIN ).

Seems like Gilmore and company are breaking protocol about not acknowledging other Satanic organizations. First the Satanic Temple now SIN?

I will say I am flattered that the Church of Satan is highly aware of us to take jabs. I will say I do deserve it for all the shit I talked about them over the years. I smell on them fear. They know they are defunct and in their death throws.

Satanism is being refaced by new blood and they are not pleased about it. Church of Satan died with LaVey. And yes they can sit back fat and lazy and pretend that they are the only relevant organization. They are in for a surprise.

Many of us are doing our own thing and making headway within Satanism. Which is how it should be.

Here is the link . SIN comes in on the number sixth paragraph...

In the Satanic Bible, under the infernal names is included the name of a Indian god, called Shiva as a transcultural variation on the Devil/Satan representation.

In order to understand this, we must first look at who Shiva is, or rather his role in Indian mythology. Shiva is commonly/relatively known as the third person in a sort of Hindu trinity, called Shankara/Rudra, or the "destroyer", what Shiva destroys is the old, while at the same time creating the new, particular in the case of the Universe, where one universe is destroyed, while another Universe is created from the ashes of the former Universe- the Big Crunch, followed by the Big Bang; the reducing of the phoenix to ashes in the purifyingly destructive "Fire", out of which the phoenix is arisen anew. So like Shiva, Satan represents that principle of ultimate destruction from which comes ultimate creation.

In order for Satanists to be masters, they must first demolish  themselves, only to rebuild from the rubble a new structure. This is what Satan-Shiva represents.

The infernal names overall are keys to understanding a glimmer of that "many faceted key to the unknown...that Satanists choose to call Satan".

If you ask me, I would tell you that the SB is written on, or can be interpreted on many different levels at once, in true fashion of occult literature. Though let me say this, the writ is there for putting a name to your experience, to act as a stepping stone and as a beacon, so ultimately by your very nature as Satanists you don't cling to nor get hung up on the writ, after all is said and done, you come to the realization that it all; everything comes down to you. You stir and things respond to that initial stirring. You project your own ego, hang ups and maps on to the Universe and the environment responds by tricking you into being convinced that what you believe to be the case actually is, only appearing as the case.  A true Satanist, that is to say a Satanist that is known to be so by his fruits; his understanding of his inner nature as an individual, as a human and as an Earthling, as well as beyond, also his capacity to understand things non linearly... is one who deconstructs things, only to reconstruct them; we do microcosmically what the Universe does macrocosmically, as the Universe goes through the cycle of expansion-contraction/big bang-big crunch, so too do we go through the process in miniature. Satanists stand above the universe, but also he stands below it, yet at all times outside of the universe, also representing the mental universe. This is further reflected in the aura/vibe of the Satanists and people can pick up on that otherness, because when it comes to a non Satanist's encounter with a dye in the wool Satanist, there will always be 'something about him, I can't put my finger on it, but it's just something about him'.

Satanists by nature embody nine parts respectability, to one part outrage- I instead replace outrage with rascality. To be outside of the Universe is to position yourself as it's destroyer and designer. Satanists flow with the Process spontaneously.

Dear members,

I first picked up The Satanic Bible about 15 years ago. I'm now revisiting some of the core themes. Due to my career, I'm what you call "in the closet," but nonetheless am looking for others who can discuss these ideas and perhaps improve my philosophy.

The first Satanic statement, "Satan represents indulgence, instead of abstinence?" has probably been widely misinterpreted by overzealous teenagers and their parents. However, I've interpreted "indulgence" to mean indulging in life, taking life on life's terms, and working toward becoming successful in my endevours--indulging in the often hard work of trying to get ahead.

Accordingly, as LaVey articulated, people often mistake compulsion for indulgence. One is a choice, the other is not. Though, isn't there "always" a choice? Despite much of the sensationalist language, naive theories of social Darwinism, and straw-man arguments in The Satanic Bible, I've interpreted "abstinence" to mean, at least for me, abstaining from dominant religious and political ideology which permeates throughout Western culture in a variety of ways, attempting to influence how one should live their life.

Nevertheless, these are subjective interpretations. Please, correct me if I'm wrong. I'm curious what others on this path choose to indulge in.

People are never about what they claim to be about, they tend to be nothing, but phony hypocrites and it's extremely bizarre when those who claim to be something other than your average herded mass piece of shit, they are found to be herded  mass pieces of shit on the dark side.  If this is all what humanity is I wouldn't want to be a part of it if you paid me, I don't have tolerance for talking retarded apes, especially when they wear the black hat, claiming to be different from those who wear the white hat, but is actually the exact replica of the white hat wearers.

February 16, 2016A Message to Our Customers

The United States government has demanded that Apple take an unprecedented step which threatens the security of our customers. We oppose this order, which has implications far beyond the legal case at hand.

This moment calls for public discussion, and we want our customers and people around the country to understand what is at stake.

The Need for Encryption

Smartphones, led by iPhone, have become an essential part of our lives. People use them to store an incredible amount of personal information, from our private conversations to our photos, our music, our notes, our calendars and contacts, our financial information and health data, even where we have been and where we are going.

All that information needs to be protected from hackers and criminals who want to access it, steal it, and use it without our knowledge or permission. Customers expect Apple and other technology companies to do everything in our power to protect their personal information, and at Apple we are deeply committed to safeguarding their data.

Compromising the security of our personal information can ultimately put our personal safety at risk. That is why encryption has become so important to all of us.

For many years, we have used encryption to protect our customers’ personal data because we believe it’s the only way to keep their information safe. We have even put that data out of our own reach, because we believe the contents of your iPhone are none of our business.

The San Bernardino Case

We were shocked and outraged by the deadly act of terrorism in San Bernardino last December. We mourn the loss of life and want justice for all those whose lives were affected. The FBI asked us for help in the days following the attack, and we have worked hard to support the government’s efforts to solve this horrible crime. We have no sympathy for terrorists.

When the FBI has requested data that’s in our possession, we have provided it. Apple complies with valid subpoenas and search warrants, as we have in the San Bernardino case. We have also made Apple engineers available to advise the FBI, and we’ve offered our best ideas on a number of investigative options at their disposal.

We have great respect for the professionals at the FBI, and we believe their intentions are good. Up to this point, we have done everything that is both within our power and within the law to help them. But now the U.S. government has asked us for something we simply do not have, and something we consider too dangerous to create. They have asked us to build a backdoor to the iPhone.

Specifically, the FBI wants us to make a new version of the iPhone operating system, circumventing several important security features, and install it on an iPhone recovered during the investigation. In the wrong hands, this software — which does not exist today — would have the potential to unlock any iPhone in someone’s physical possession.

The FBI may use different words to describe this tool, but make no mistake: Building a version of iOS that bypasses security in this way would undeniably create a backdoor. And while the government may argue that its use would be limited to this case, there is no way to guarantee such control.

The Threat to Data Security

Some would argue that building a backdoor for just one iPhone is a simple, clean-cut solution. But it ignores both the basics of digital security and the significance of what the government is demanding in this case.

In today’s digital world, the “key” to an encrypted system is a piece of information that unlocks the data, and it is only as secure as the protections around it. Once the information is known, or a way to bypass the code is revealed, the encryption can be defeated by anyone with that knowledge.

The government suggests this tool could only be used once, on one phone. But that’s simply not true. Once created, the technique could be used over and over again, on any number of devices. In the physical world, it would be the equivalent of a master key, capable of opening hundreds of millions of locks — from restaurants and banks to stores and homes. No reasonable person would find that acceptable.

The government is asking Apple to hack our own users and undermine decades of security advancements that protect our customers — including tens of millions of American citizens — from sophisticated hackers and cybercriminals. The same engineers who built strong encryption into the iPhone to protect our users would, ironically, be ordered to weaken those protections and make our users less safe.

We can find no precedent for an American company being forced to expose its customers to a greater risk of attack. For years, cryptologists and national security experts have been warning against weakening encryption. Doing so would hurt only the well-meaning and law-abiding citizens who rely on companies like Apple to protect their data. Criminals and bad actors will still encrypt, using tools that are readily available to them.

A Dangerous Precedent

Rather than asking for legislative action through Congress, the FBI is proposing an unprecedented use of the All Writs Act of 1789 to justify an expansion of its authority.

The government would have us remove security features and add new capabilities to the operating system, allowing a passcode to be input electronically. This would make it easier to unlock an iPhone by “brute force,” trying thousands or millions of combinations with the speed of a modern computer.

The implications of the government’s demands are chilling. If the government can use the All Writs Act to make it easier to unlock your iPhone, it would have the power to reach into anyone’s device to capture their data. The government could extend this breach of privacy and demand that Apple build surveillance software to intercept your messages, access your health records or financial data, track your location, or even access your phone’s microphone or camera without your knowledge.

Opposing this order is not something we take lightly. We feel we must speak up in the face of what we see as an overreach by the U.S. government.

We are challenging the FBI’s demands with the deepest respect for American democracy and a love of our country. We believe it would be in the best interest of everyone to step back and consider the implications.

While we believe the FBI’s intentions are good, it would be wrong for the government to force us to build a backdoor into our products. And ultimately, we fear that this demand would undermine the very freedoms and liberty our government is meant to protect.

My name is Chloe, I'm 21 and live in the Sacramento valley in California. I'm a transgender female who is just beginning my transition and i want to share my experiences, struggles and successes throughout my journey. And another reason i want to make this is so that i have something to look back on and track my mindset and progress. And as a satanist I'm inclined to believe that most satanists on this site share my view of being yourself and value personal happiness above all else. And that's what I'm doing. I know there's plenty of assholes everywhere, even here. But even so i feel like this is a safer environment than most to talk about and share my experiences. I will also occasionally rant about random things. I am horrible with keeping a schedule or dates, so this will most likely be spur of the moment and not regular.. But i will try!
Guess who
From the point of view of a given individual (E.g, me), punishment imposed upon them can't be correctly accepted as justified or seen as a necessary obligation unless it fixes a recognized wrongdoing in a meaningful way. A person's assessment of their own actions can be one of satisfaction, regret, forgiveness, or indifference, none of which properly entail an emotional need to be punished.

Obviously those actions which we are satisfied with, we (note that I mean "we" as "us individuals," not in a collective sense) don't feel the need to be punished for because punishment ought only to apply to actions which are wrong or disagreeable. In fact, this is true by definition, only the interpretations of right/agreeable acts and wrong/disagreeable acts differ. The way other people interpret our actions should be of no concern, as their interpretations are either in agreement (in which case nothing changes) or incompatible (in which case they are our opposition and deserve no ideological sympathy).

Those we regret, we not only don't (need to) think we must be punished for, but can rightfully say nobody should be punished for. Because they are in a state of personal distress caused by the fact that we no longer regard a recent wrongdoing as right, to punish a person who regrets their actions is to essentially punish a different person, one who no longer agrees with the rationale or recognizes the lack of rationale for a past action. That is, a vile person turned innocent by their sudden change of heart. It should be said this would be a terrible practical policy, as it's difficult to tell when people truly regret things as opposed to simply feigning it to gain sympathy, without intimate familiarity with them and their behavior.

If punishment forced upon those who regret their actions is unjustified, then the same is true for probably self evident reasons of those who forgive their actions. Such people have likely already experienced regret and have moved on, accepting that their past actions were poor ones, and separating them from their current identities. Thus, any punishment laid upon them is an attack on a past identity rather than who they currently are, in a way even more certain than with those who merely regret things they've done.

As for indifference, well, it goes without saying you can hardly believe you must suffer for an action you couldn't fucking care less about.

As far as my viewpoint is concerned, punishments which don't involve compensation for the victims of my recognized follies are just useless causes of my suffering, used in an attempt to control my behavior or make an example of me in a way that is agreeable to external and popular expectations. The threat of legal and social penalties is not for me, who is not a self-hating slave of anyone who arbitrarily claims moral or legal authority, but for you, provided that you may possibly accept or be indifferent towards an action which I might deem to be distasteful, perhaps (conveniently) along with the rest of society. For this reason my aim here isn't to suggest you *should* disregard non-compensative punishments in general wherever possible, just that it would be *rational* if you did.

So more bullshit from Facebook. The latest news from the official Church of Satan page made me lolololololol. Some gallery owner was temporarily suspended from Facebook for posting William Mortensen art, including the pictures of the nudes, which the Facebook team considered indecent and diligently removed them from the guy’s page. There would be nothing extraordinary in it as the Facebook moderation policy is rather shitty if it wasn’t for the guy’s reaction.

The incident has been covered on Disinfo, Lexicon Magazine, Church of Satan News Page and the official Facebook pages. Surely, having your stuff removed from Facebook and being banned for a week is such an important event in your life that one at least should dedicate an article and an interview to that. So here there comes the freaking comedy:

Satan, Totalitarianism in America, and how an Art Gallery got Banned from Facebook.

The article begins with stating the relevant Facebook Terms of Service:

“We remove photographs of people displaying genitals or focusing in on fully exposed buttocks. We also restrict some images of female breasts if they include the nipple…

Lol, do the table and piano legs have to be covered too? Moving on…

…but we always allow photos of women actively engaged in breastfeeding or showing breasts with post-mastectomy scarring. We also allow photographs of paintings, sculptures, and other art that depicts nude figures.”

It seems Facebook team of dumbasses doesn’t know what qualifies as art. It’s not the first time the gallerist is banned from Facebook and his Mortensen pictures removed. I only wonder why he keeps posting that stuff over and over again knowing that it will be removed. However, it’s more interesting what he goes on to say in the interview:

It’s completely totalitarian in my view.  How crazy that a corporation sets the moral standard and acts as judge and jury and executioner, this is not in the interest of it’s users.  This is the part that really bothers me, the implications of  handing over what is in it’s spirit and essence a right  protected and guaranteed as constitutional Amendment to Facebook via a user agreement…

He’s referring to the Sixth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States. Which reads:

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

I laughed my ass off. Of course, every Facebook denizen has a right to a public and fairly objective trial before being banned. I only wonder who should serve as the jury? Moderators? Facebook denizens? Who should be the judge? Zuckerberg himself?

So, what i am annoyed with, and question highly is where does Facebook get it’s sense of self entitlement, to the extent that it can conduct it’s operations in contradiction to a constitutional amendment?  Does it think it’s user base is SO DEPENDED UPON IT THAT IT WILL GIVE UP CONSTITUTION RIGHTS TO STAY WITHIN THE SOCIAL NETWORK?

So… Banned from Facebook? Here is a simple solution to your problem, people:

Sue the motherfuckers!

They have no right to restrict your freedom of speech, which is guaranteed by the Constitution. Posting the pictures of bare buttocks wherever and whenever you want is your basic human right, which you should defend till you drop dead. If Facebook doesn’t want to give you a fair trial, go to the court of law, hire a lawyer no matter the price and fight for your freedom. Don’t give up cuz the State is on your side, taking care to enhance your civil liberties especially now that the Islamic terrorist bastards are threatening our beloved democracy.

Never thought I would make a go fund me for anything. But this came up and I have to do it. Please take the time to read. Anything helps. And if you can not I understand. I can not the entire amount. Which is why I am turning to fund raising.

Here is the go fund me link .

Here is what happened.

On 01/08/16 I was involved in a auto accident. More specifically I was cut off when the other car clipped the front of the car and I hit a curb then ran into a ditch.  I was coming home from work around midnight. The other drive never stop they just drove off. I was not able to get a license number.

Herein is the problem. The car I was driving that night was my mothers. She is 67 and in a wheel chair. The car is set up with hand controls for someone who can not use their feet. The car is a 96 Monte Carlo. It’s worth about half of the estimated repairs. But, because of her disability she MUST have a 2 door sedan with bench seats ( not bucket ) . Very few models after 2000 offer this option, which is why this car has had two engines and two transmissions. She needs either this car or one very similar, and there are few left on the road today.

The damages to the car are extensive but fixable. The car needs three rims, 4 tires, a new CV axle ( drive axle ) , one control arm, driver side strut assembly, broken door window and some damage to the bumper and front end. . We are not looking to fix the cosmetic damages. We just need the car to run.

She only had state liability on the car, so insurance is not going to help. Both are credits are poor, so we can not get a loan to fix it. Otherwise I would just apply for a credit card and pay for it that way. Finding a used car that is a two door sedan with buckets seats is going to be tough. I have looked. And similar Monte Carlos they are asking about 3,000 for. So we are stuck fixing this one or spending about the same to get another used one IF we can find one.

Although the accident was not my fault I still am responsible for fixing this. I was the one behind the wheel. Which , ironically I rarely drive the car. It is hard to drive because it is set up for someone who uses hand controls. And although I could pay for the repair if they were to set me up on a payment plan , they will not. Not even with a high interest. I just do not have that type of money in my savings. I can invest about 500 of my own money. Which I am. I am hoping to be able to use that money to fix the window and the front end damage, which is not critical for the car to run.  The main issue is the money needs to be raised now before they start charging us to store it at the shop.

Thank you all. I really appreciate it. And I know my mother does to.

The car is sitting at Perfection auto body. They have done affordable work before on a different vehicle, I trust that they are honest.

Hey folks. I need your help with something. I need to speak with Anton LaVey son Satan Xerxes Carnaki LaVey. The rightful inheritor to the church of Satan. Last I heard he lives in southern California, where I live. I wish to light a fire under his ass . He will be turning 25 in a couple years. That is the age LaVey wanted him to be high priest.

Maybe he does not care. IDK. But, I am willing to find out. I heard he is involved with vampirefreaks.com. I need his contact info. Or even his mothers Blanche Barton... although I am pretty sure she will not talk to me. Worth a shot. ..

Ipso facto Satanism has become my personal way of living life.

After nearly 9 years identifying publicly as a Satanist, I reached a point where the outward identity of Satanist no longer serves me. My personal goals and public career took its place as my identity — an identity of my own creation.

In this way, I stopped talking and learning about Satanism and began LIVING it.

Outwardly I am an Atheist — yet I am just as Satanic as I have always been. But now my Satanism takes form in my work and my personal fulfillment in the life I have created for myself.

I was at this show with several other Satanists.. some of who I do not even know. I will tell you this. When 2000 people chant the infernal names and sing ' hail Satan' there is power. This is nothing short of a mass ritual. Whoever nameless ghoul is behind this is well aware of certain principles of greater and lesser magic that only someone who has studied occultism, both greater and lesser magic could know. I know they are theatrical. Even a little campy. And I know this is all subjective. And so is most things that can not be measured and only felt.

I have come to learn some things in my 25 years of studying the occult. There are certain principles only those who have studied the same would know. And, Ghost are using them...consistently. Make way people. I am not talking illuminati bullshit. This is actual Satanists manifesting on a large scale. Their motive other than ego is the diabolical infestation. Pushing our principles into the psyche of the masses.

Our time has come.

Coexistence? No. We are Satanist. Although we do not promote religious bigotry or unneeded violence, should you choose to align yourself with a religion that is responsible for the murder and repression of millions under the false pretense of this or that God you ARE MY ENEMY.

I will not white knight around preaching coexistence. Nor will I question ' why can't we all get along' . We Satanists are not looking for acceptance or ' equality '. Make no mistake. I want nothing more than to see your religion of fear and hatred that is responsible for the deaths of millions destroyed. As long as I am alive this will be a goal of mine.

I can define it for you the old fashioned way. Give you the glossed over, clinical definition devoid of real world experience but I'd rather give you something you can apply. Our lives are filled with psychic vampires. You encounter them on a daily basis but they slip by undetected until one targets you and then your perspective of normal human behavior forever changes.

First Awakening: Other people are not like you. Not. At. All.

Decency, honesty, justice, compassion, empathy, remorse, conscience, guilt, love -- these are NOT universal traits. Sure, you know that on a surface level but a psychic vampire is going to bring you to question each of these values on a scale you didn't believe a human could reach. When dancing with a vampire you can not only expect them to step on your toes but be prepared to be stabbed in the back, your throat cut, and disemboweled, all with a vampire smile and within arm's reach of bystanders that can't see your pain nor the malicious attack. The hardest thing for anyone to believe is that they have been deceived. It is almost universal that a person will refuse to believe he is gullible. They trust their impressions of people; they don't actually know them. So the vampire continues to exploit victim after victim right under the nose of others, sometimes gaining support in the abuse.

First Rule: Do not TRUST. Verify.

Don't trust psychic vampires' stories or recollection of events if they are the victim. Real victims rarely tell their stories. They are too ashamed and hurt to reveal the most tender part of themselves to any and everyone. Not a vampire. They tell you to gain YOUR emotion; your pity and empathy so they can play you like a puppet. Real victims seek solace and lick their wounds. Manipulators look for gullible puppets.

Words are empty.
Actions speak volumes.

Psychic Vampires depend on your gullible trust in what you're told rather than what you verify because verification takes time. We must be the Judge and Jury on what we will accept as truth.

Identifier: A psychic vampire will display a pattern of attack and remorse, or aggression and denial. Even better; ridicule and oblivion. Oblivious to their own hurtful words or inappropriate actions. They depend on you to only remember your last encounter with them as though you live in a isolated capsule that hinders the memory of elapsed time. They think that if they appear remorseful and kind today you will forget their maliciousness of yesterday. Don't be fooled.
It's a pattern.

 A pattern of abuse.
They don't deserve a second chance.

This isn't as shocking as it sounds. While you read the title correctly, some may have inferred a different meaning than intended. No, Bruce Wayne isn't gay.[1] Instead this refers to a long-time in-joke involving the fact I came out of the bat cave years ago by revealing the secret identity of the caped crusader -- ME! ME, MOTHERFUCKERS! I AM BATMAN!!!

I'll let that sink in.

So, yeah. I'm Batman. Not Mr. Bruce (ohhhhh my parents are dead) Whine. It's me. I'm Batman. Does this make sense? Are we on the same page? No? Oh well, fuck it. Here's how the damn thing got started:

Yes, that is a bra on my head. I'll wait while you watch it again.

Heh. :)

This video was made as part of a stupid social-chain game that people played on Youtube back in the day. It was played like this:

1. Someone makes a video giving their opinions on a range of subjects.

2. The person tags people they know in the video description.

3. Those people who are tagged make videos giving their opinions of the same topics and tag people they know.

4. And the whole thing spreads through the YT network like social cancer.

And one bright and shining day this game was peacefully travelling through YT netizens, minding it's own business, until Hatesfury tagged me.  (Hows Hatesfury doing these days, anyway?)

Heh :)

What could I do but give my most valid opinion on each of the subjects, which, as you know by now is universally :

I AM BATMAN!!

Don't worry. If you're still confused, I promise that the plot will thin shortly.

The reason why I revealed my secret identity is because it's the most valid answer I could give -- which is to say, not at all. There's no reason for me to have an opinion on any of them simply because some other people do.

It's like Jesus. A Christian recruiter expects you to already know who Jesus is when he asks you "Do you know Jesus?" He wants to get your current opinion so he can get a baseline to change it. What's fun to do and totally fucks their day and brain is when you steal any possible validity from the recruiter by shifting the frame or playing dumb.

Shifting the Frame: "Jesus?  Do you know him, too? (Recruiter smiles and says yes.) The crackhead down the street? HE OWES ME MONEY!!" (Recruiter becomes sorry to bother you, assures you he made a mistake,  and rushes off to more important matters he suddenly remembered at just that moment.)

Playing Dumb: "Jesus who?"

Playing dumb is more effective than logic to get people to realize how ludicris they really sound. Why? They have to explain these beliefs, from scratch, to a grown and reasonable person.

Recruiter: Uh, you know, Jesus. He died for you.

Me: I'm sorry to hear he died, but I don't have a clue who you're talking about. (cue sideways look)

Recruiter: You know, Jesus Christ. Our lord and savior who died for your sins?

Me: I said I don't know who you're talking about. Are you from here? We have a president. And I'm not a princess who needs to be saved by ... the death of someone else for my ... sins?

Recruiter: Uh...

At this point the recruiter's mind is racing, trying to think one step ahead, desperately checking and double checking that what he's about to say to make sure it doesn't sound crazy. (See, better than logic.)

Recruiter: Uh...

(long, awkward seconds pass)

Recruiter: Uh...

Me: Well, it's been uh.... bye. (cue: walking away.)

So what's all this got to do with freethinkin'? I'll get to that in a second.

First, what most people call freethinkin' is nothing of the sort. It's more like using the word as an excuse to not think at all. They point, scoff, and say "That's stupid. I know because I'm a freethinker!" Those fuckers are about as freethinking as parrots.

So, what is this freethinking thing anyway? I found this definition:

"A freethinker is defined as a person who forms his own opinions about important subjects (such as religion and poltics) instead of accepting what others say."

Do you see the flaw there? Read it again.

Ok, it's challenge time. The prize: 50 kudos each..

The first challenge: Describe the obvious flaw in so-called "freethinkin',"

I'll give you a hint. Douglas Adams (Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy) points to the answer by introducing concepts with the following language: "It's a popular and important fact that..."

First answer gets all 50 kudos

The second challenge. (Also 50 kudos to first answer.)

Why is "I'M BATMAN!" an appropriate opinion to each subject in my video?.

COMPLETELY VALID. IMPORTANT AND RELEVANT FOOTNOTES

1. I know, because I'm from the future.

Almost everything within Satanism deals with a simple psychological concept : "Nature / Nurture." In this post (one of two!), I explain WTF that means. The next part will relate it to Satanism.

"Nature" refers to everything we are born with. In other words, Nature is everything we have and can do at the moment we're shipped brand new from the factory. It's all the base mechanisms we need to survive as individuals as well as a species as a whole. On the individual scale there's critical mechanisms which sustain an individual organism's life --, like the ability to breathe. On the species scale, there's things like individual variations from height to temperment.

"Nurture" refers to everything which has been added to or changed within us since birth. It's everything that we've learned and ways we have changed outside the normal pre-programmed life cycle from vibrant infant to elderly corpse. These are things like habits, the language we speak, the effects of acculturation to our native culture, (more or less) all individual differences in personality, and differences in height due to failure to thrive (ex. due to malnutrition).

A much more simple way to describe Nature / Nurture is to include them within the same system defined within the interdependent roles they play as two integrated parts of the same system: Nature is the structure and basic life functions of an organism, Nuture is what ensures it's survival within it's environment.

Both are required to work together to ensure the continued survival of such an organism. Nature without Nurture is symbolized by the Tarot card The Fool. Like the Fool, Nature knows nothing about it's environment by itself, and also like the Fool, that ignorance will result in a stupid, if mercifily swift, death. Nurture without Nature is like software on a DVD. It's useless without a computer to run on.To use another metaphor: Nature is like the living spaceman inside a spacesuit. Nurture is the spacesuit itself -- it's an adaption which allows the spaceman to live within a cold, airless vaccum by providing what the spaceman needs to live within that environment -- air and warmth. The spacesuit is like the knowledge of a special forces soldier trained to survive in a jungle. His knowledge provides what he needs to survive in the jungle -- food, shelter, how to avoid being eaten by a tiger -- by informing him how to find these neccessities and stay safe within in a jungle.

A Footnote I: As is obvious at this point, the debate about Nature vs. Nurture isn't really useful when the debate is framed in absolutes. There's very little in us that are solely due one or the other. For example, the ability to learn to walk at a certain age is Nature. Actually learning to walk is Nurture. It's the same with language acquisition.
Actually, to be frank, the debate isn't useful whatsoever. Nature vs. Nurture is only really useful as a lens to look at ourselves with in order to identify which parts are hardwired and which can be changed, and how these two parts within the same system are mutally interdependent and influence each other. Knowing this, it's obvious why people in every part of the world learn to speak and move, yet they learn to do so in a way unique to their culture (environment.)

A Footnote the Sequel: If you're a fan of the Fourth Way and you're thinking "Hey! This is a lot like essence and personality," that's because those are the terms for Nature and Nuture in that system. They're not like them, they ARE them.
In the next post, I'll show how Nature / Nurture relates to Satanism.

Until then here's some muzak:

I have been invited to be a special special guest  at the Left Hand Path Consortium this coming April in Atlanta Georgia. I am humbled at the invitation. To be part of one of the largest gatherings of Occultists in modern history is truly thrilling.

Although there is no script I know the expectation is that I talk about modern Satanism and the online Satanic communities. Which I am a ideal person to have doing so.

I will talk about that which I am known best for and have chiseled out a name for myself in. But I will only spend so much time doing so. All of my thoughts and opinions on the topic have been put out there in videos, blogs, forums ect. Nothing new.

I am going to spend most of my time talking about something far more important than Satanism or online satanic communities. Something that has destroyed great souls and crushes life from everyone that stands against it.

The name was coined by Wilhelm Reich in 1930's. He called it the emotional plague. We are all infected. I am going to point it out and ways I think might be counter to it.

Other than what I have mentioned is there anything you would want to here me speak about? I would like some suggestions. And I appreciate them in advance.

Joining me at the consortium are many from SIN. Also prominent figures in their respective fields. Ranging from Luciferians, Pagans, Wiccans, Dark Buddist mons, Shamans, Witch doctors ect ect ect .. Live music, dinner parties, rituals and much more.

They have rented the top two floors of the Sheridan Hotel in Atlanta including the ballroom. For a entire weekend. 200 rooms have been paid for the guest and presenters/entertainers/ect. This will be off the hook. I will be there. Join us.

SIN members attending thus far that I know of other than I is Laurie ( host ), Typhon ( host ) , Tessa ( presenter ) Johnny Watts, Mel, Shea Bile ( entertainer ) and several more.

Here is Shea Bile spoken word..

There's been a lot of talk about "my / your Satanism" and I've rejected this in the past as completely irrelevant. You get it or you don't. But alas! Once my head began to peek out from mine own asshole, it occurred to me that maybe, just maybe, there was some merit to this argument.

And herein I submit my answer to what "my Satanism" is like. It's exactly like this:

But then again, it could be my Speedfreek Nihilism. ;) Sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference.

Today’s news gave me a laugh. A nearly seventy-year-old sexual maniac decided to prey on young female students at the university in Poznań. He put on smart clothes, took a suitcase and introduced himself as a professor of anthropology doing a scientific research. He led naive girls one by one to a secluded place, gave them a survey to complete and then asked them to gradually undress themselves so that he could measure their muscle temperature. Each of the confused girls eagerly took off her clothes and let the bogus professor meticulously examine her naked body. The professor then wrote down the “results” in his papers and kindly thanked the girls for their contribution to the development of science.

It turned out that the guy “worked” at several universities and colleges in and near Poznań. When the girls decided to speak up, the police arrested the predator on the grounds of sexual abuse. Then, some psychologists commented on the whole affair; that we have a natural tendency to conform, that we usually trust and obey the authority, that the guy was very persuasive, that his professor disguise was like a magic spell, that the confused victim is easy to manipulate blah blah blah…

Or perhaps, the girls fancied some anal fisting and simply needed a good excuse.

Wash It All Away (by Five Finger Death Punch) is currently playing on Octane. It's a song where the band almost (just almost) inadvertantly made a Satanic tune. It's missing something vital to Satanism. My (easy) challenge is this: What's it missing?

Here's the lyrics, with hints.

I've given up

On society

Up on my family

Up on your social decease

I've given up

On the industry

Up on democracy

Done with all your hypocrisy

All of the chaos

And all of the lies

I hate it

I'm wasting here

Can anyone wash it all away

I'm waiting here

For anyone to wash it all away

Wash it all away

I've given up

On the media

Feeds my hysteria

Sick of living down on my knees

I've given up

On morality

Feeds my brutality

Fuck what you think about me

All of the chaos

And all of the lies

I hate it

I'm wasting here

Can anyone wash it all away

I'm waiting here

For anyone to wash it all away

Wash it all away

I won't change for you

And I can't take the pain

There's nothing you can do

And there's nothing you can say

I've given up

On everything

Up on everything

Up on everything

I'm wasting here

Can anyone wash it all away

I'm waiting here

For anyone to wash it all away

Wash it all away

I'm wasting here

With everyone just wash it all away

I'm waiting here

For anyone to wash it all away

Wash it all away

Wash it all away

When fire breathes it's last goodbye

Extinguishing the Suns lidded eye

The shade brings life as dark surrounds

And unexpected screams abound

Blood slithers down a rusty blade

Sheathed in flesh a soul to fade

A maniac smiles behind a mask

Relishing his demonic task

Footsteps echoing from behind

A sudden turn, no life to find

Exercising futility

Victims always franticly

Search in vain to find escape

From a most horrific fate

Fear surely gripping their hearts

It's claws will tear their lives part

And when it happens no time to run

An unexpected end begun

Pain shoots forth like lightning's flash

As hopes and dreams are burned to ash

Blood spilled across a dirty floor

The life that was now shuts its door

And from the body comes a sigh

Like fire breathing its last goodbye

So, yeah. Heh :) I got called on some bullshit. A few days ago Zach made it abundantly clear that I was being an asshole and that sort of thing wouldn't be tolerated 'round these parts and you know what, motherfucker, that's cool with me. No really. I shit you not. In fact, I have a lot of respect for it. I was indeed being an asshole and Zach handled it well. (IMHO)

Normally, this kind of mod/admin conversation would stay private. This time, I'm saying a bit about it for a specific reason: it shows that SIN isn't like most.

You probably know what I'm talking about: what usually happens is guy running the show makes the popular kids the mods who then will slam the ban hammer down on someone for making a valid point which they disagree with. Drama, drama, rinse, repeat.

I've known Zach for several years now. I've known the guy since the "old youtube days" (was it 2009? or 10?) before there was a SIN. Y'know, waaaay back. And I gots to follow the rules like everybody else.

I'm very happy about this. Being the devil's advocate of a problem child that I am, I've been booted out of countless Satanic forums for a myriad of bullshit reasons. So, I know the tar and feather well. :) Never, not even once, can I think of a time when a mod has been held accountable for their bullshit. Until now. (Ok, yeah, so it was me, but who gives a shit? :) ) The important thing here is that the line has been drawn in the sand as far as what will and will not be tolerated here at SIN.

Asshole mods? Absolutely not.

The bar is indeed being raised.

For the past twenty-two chapters I've been saying that you are sovereign. You're the absolute final judge of the worth of information you receive; you're the one who decides every one of your actions; you're the person who determines what is right and wrong for you.

That's the simple reality of it. But many people don't want that responsibility—even though they can't possibly discard it. And so they hope to be handed a ready-made philosophy of life. Such a person wants someone else to guarantee that he's right—no matter what happens.

You are responsible, because you will experience the consequences of your own acts, and those consequences are the final judge of whether you've been right or wrong. They provide a verdict from which there is no appeal.

The insecure individual hopes somehow to bypass that verdict. He looks for away to believe he's right, no matter what consequences he experiences.

He looks for a source of "truth" that he can believe in. When he finds it, he accepts it totally. He feels that this gives him the security to know that he's right, and he prefers that kind of security to the need to rely upon his own ability.

The philosophy he finds usually contains three basic ingredients. They are moral rightness, a leader, and an enemy. These ingredients arm him with an assurance that allows him to disregard the test of consequences.

The sense of moral rightness permits him to believe that he's right no matter what the consequences he receives in life. He settles for whatever happiness he gains from knowing he's adhered strictly to the code. He "knows" he was right in what he did—righter than his successful, wealthy, peaceful, joyous neighbor.

Such a philosophy will usually have a leader to give the individual the confidence that he doesn't have in himself. If questions or doubts arise, the leader can set them to rest. The insecure individual may feel, "I can't tell what is right, but he says it's right—and he must know."

It always seems necessary, too, for the philosophy to have an enemy. That provides a ready-made explanation for any bad consequences that may occur.

Since the philosophy is usually expressed in terms of "moral truths," the battle with the enemy becomes a moral one. "We" (the good guys) are moral and "they"(the enemy) are immoral.

The moralistic overtones create an evangelical fervor. The enemy isn't pictured as a group of misguided individuals who don't understand things as well as "we" do. Instead, "they" know what they're doing and know that it's wrong. They're acting deliberately; they're "evil."

This eliminates the need for the moralist to be tolerant or understanding of anyone whose interests conflict with his. Instead, he can be aggressive, violent, nasty, vitriolic, outraged—because he's dealing with someone who is immoral and thus not deserving of benevolence. It's an ideal way to relieve the pent-up frustrations that come from having to bear the bad consequences that might come from living by the philosophy.

So the insecure individual looks outside himself for intellectual security. He hopes to find a philosophy that will guarantee him moral rightness, a leader to compensate for his lack of confidence, and an enemy to justify whatever goes wrong. Unfortunately, he lives in a fool's paradise. He still has to deal with the world and with the consequences of his own actions.

Meanwhile, the individual who recognizes his own sovereignty considers the consequences of his actions to be the only standard of right and wrong. He knows that he's capable of seeing those consequences and reacting to them as necessary. He can change any course of action that doesn't work; he can handle change and surprises as they occur. He can deal with whatever comes.

He would feel insecure only if he had to act in accordance with someone else's judgment. He would be genuinely afraid if someone else's decisions were determining his future.

He knows that the future is uncertain. But he's willing to be vigilant—to check the results of his actions. And he's willing to be honest—to acknowledge any mistakes and correct them immediately.

He's found the only kind of intellectual security that makes sense—reliance upon his own sovereignty.

A friend of mine asked about Satanic self-worship. I wrote the following in response to his brief inquiries and reflections:

As a Satanist, self-worship means to me applying most if not all of the categories of treatment generally regarded to GODS by other religious to oneself, not just metaphorically or euphemistically, but honestly and fully. I've th
ought long and hard about this, in part because i sought such worship of my Goddess and in part because i think it is an egotistical challenge to worship myself actively, rather than merely as part of some interest in outrage or humour.

I'd list those categories as:

• exaltation -- supernalizing in a personal and emotional sense for the time being of the worship; regaling those present with the glories and virtues of the focus of worship; praising aloud and with sonic volume, singing or dramatically portraying these virtues; celebrating the being and character of that entity, and particularly their importance to the worshipper and to the wider world. (lifting up from above)

• obeisance -- subordinating oneself before that entity or intelligence, especially physically before objects of worship inclusive of statues, images (generally 'idols') conceived as in some way representing and/or participating in the presence or person of the entity being worshipped; recognizing and paying tribute overtly to the dependency we have upon that entity, how their existence is central, essential, or of extreme importance to the continuation of what we value. (lifting up from below)

• ardour -- expressing emotional devotion in whatever capacity and role is pertinent (guardian, grandparent or parent, uncle or aunt, spouse or sibling, lover, friend, or comrade, cousin or child, pet or mascot; reciting or reading poetry, singing rapturous love songs, recounting tales of sweet, deep, and abiding love, attesting to the heights and depths which this love did, could, would, or will inspire, (establishing intimacy out of love on variable footing)

• alliance - declaring with force and faith one's solid testament to the entity, portraying, describing, or artfully depicting the tests to which this loyalty and compact has been put, establishing by dint of accompanying testimony and proof in endeavour (as by rite, blood pact, etc.) one's thorough commitment to the cause of the other. (establishing strength out of trust of a comparable equal)

You ask if the things you mention count (to me) as self-worship ('with that end in mind'? not sure what this means), and i will take them each in turn below:

-- giving yourself adoration and devotion: too vague.

-- loving the person one has become: fairly weak, perhaps a start.

-- appreciating one's finer qualities, self-improvement, attention to integrity, intentionality, and health: weak but a good start.

-- admiring one's own image as part of ordinary affairs: merely vainglory, but headed in the right direction if pursued to purpose.

So i'd have to say no they do not count, and i think i have made the extremity and intensity of ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT OF PRAISE AND DEDICATION, particularly in a ritual and ceremonial sense, clear as a criterion.

For Satanists i have repeatedly made it plain that i think it will be helpful for them to study in some detail how other religious conduct their worship, catalogue this to an extent, as i have, and then exercise this with respect to oneself, as i have experimentally achieved with canonizing myself and paying tribute to myself as a saint while attempting a communion with the Saint of Occultism.

{interlude after which further questions seemed important to put forward}

So does worshipping oneself create a sense of other? Does worship of a god predispose or necessitate the division of that object of worship into an other?

Let me broaden this a bit for philosophic purpose: ALL images of oneself are different than oneself. An observation of a mirror will demonstrate to us that the image is reversed right-to-left. A video reflection or phone-camera reflection for a selfie are very close, but as soon as we snap the photo to capture that image, the person of whom it was an image (us in the past) is necessarily different than our present being.

Thus the worship of oneself might be likened to a god in that we are always, when issuing devotion or exaltation, turning our worshipful attention to the PAST of the god. Why a god would necessarily need be different than ourselves is nothing i can answer. Is canonization something new or different, and does the fact that this is popularly issued by large churches make it of a different character than (and thus a more authentic version of) what we are doing?

I had already identified with the Jesus character many times, with bodhisattvas, with spiritually advanced images, prior. Prophethood, identification of my birthplace as a holy city (on account of my having come from it), was both arch and genuinely felt.

When does ego outstrip the usefulness of our activities as regards ego expansion with interest toward self-development? I suppose that once one integrates disciplines of humility and non-self-destructive asceticism that this curtails some if not all of the negative effects of egotism exercises, with titles, self-re-envisioning, and dramatic rite, role-playing, or faking-it-until-making-it.

You ask what connection there is between the object of worship and the idol. I suggest to you that you could merge those magically and therefore prevent any distinction through a spell (comparable to making a doll-baby of yourself and unifying with it, but instead doing it with a candle or a statue or a photo, and then directing your obeisance and dedication to that object).

Yes, there is a common TEMPORARY distinction, just like with all idols and most states of consciousness. Very few bhakti yogis can engage in worship sufficient that the idol *becomes* the very deity during that worship. For most religious that is an unimportant and merely ephemeral distinction operating during the prayers or worship event.

Satanists sometimes refer to themselves as the alien elite. In my last post I explained the core meaning of elite; this one is about being an alien.

Like, elite, offhand most people think it means that they think that they're special snowflakes who are somehow separate from the rest of humanity, that satanists somehow know something everyone else doesn't. Unlike elite, that's exactly the case, but not in the way you might think.

If all the world is a stage, then satanists have gotten the fuck off of it.

What I mean by this is that a satanist doesn't pretend that he is anything more than he is -- a human being -- and that human beings are anything but another animal.

This doesn't mean that satanists think of themselves as wolves or any other kind of animal. That's nothing more than another way to play dress up and shows that the person with this view hasn't really accepted humans as a part of the animal kingdom -- if they did, they'd know that a human is an animal, and that it isn't necessary to pretend to be a wolf in order to be one.

The only time a satanist plays dress up is consciously and with a purpose, never by an unaddressed unconscious need or by misunderstanding his own primitive nature.

Being an alien means that satanists are more human than 'human', the second 'human' signifying a human in costume, on stage, pretending to be one. A satanist is just another human being -- and knows it, no costume necessary.

Satanism is an elitist religion, make no mistake about it. It is uncompromisingly 100% elitist with zero shit or fluff to fuck up the mix.

We're so damn elitist that we even have a special term for ourselves -- the alien elite. Aren't we all special snowflakes? Right, get your doc martins and let's start goose steppin'!

It's really nothing like that.

Even though Satanism is absolutely hardcore in it's elitism, what it means to be elite is:

* having your shit together

* not doing anything half-assed

* being relentless in self-mastery

* constantly pushing our skills at the edge

There is no room for being a douche who lives hiding behind the pretense of being 'better' than other people. Someone is better than someone else or they're not in an objective practical sense -- they're more skilled at something. For example, a person is more accurate at shooting a bow than someone else or not.

And, even though someone is really good at something, it doesn't mean that there's a demand for it. Therefore, it's possible to be elite and completely useless at the same time. The point of elitism is all around potency in whatever a satanist chooses to do.

There's no room to act superior (unless it is superior action). Actually, this kind of behavior weakens the potency of elitism. It's like lovingly polishing a turd at the expense of sharpening a katana. No only would such an elitist 'lose it because they didn't use it', they have all the charm of being covered in shit.

Summing up, Satanism is hardcore, but not a license for a satanist to take his nose from the grindstone and shove it up in the air.

For years and years now i have used Facebook. While chatting in IRC we would review the latest social media sites, receive visits from those who were making them, including a couple from the projects by Cult of Cthulhu folks, one or two from SIN as it was conceived and then came into being, a number familiar with the 600 Club, the Modern Church of Satan, a variety of boards which were temporary using some service which eventually changed their policies and charged money, driving out all users, etc.

Facebook seemed somehow different than the rest in a couple of ways in that they 1) appeared to require the use of legal names, and 2) were apparently implementing a diverse set of interaction applications interior to their network. I was satisfied watching the Satanists come and go, occasionally create a temporary account i rarely used once learning that such things wouldn't be immediately stomped, and unifiedly emphasizing my online projects in an overt fashion.

At some point a few of us who were using IRC in a very small, yet tight-knit, group decided that Facebook might offer an opportunity in that it accommodated chat there in groups, and this might get more traffic than we were seeing in Dalnet. We created a joint account none of us were concerned with losing and shared a login and password amongst us.

Through time this seemed to yield potential. Chat seemed possible and might attract 15-20 or more people simultaneously with only a few technical glitches. At times people were added without providing permission, and the technical idiocy of Facebook provided for absolutely zero (0) moderation or expulsion, making it extremely tentative and restricted to the mature. Gaining group members we soon found out that the only groups *capable* of sustaining the chat feature were those with less than 30 or 40 members maximum. This immediately killed the possibility of using the same group and chatting using it.

Once the chat feature became problematic, enthusiasm for the project began to wane amongst participants. As the weeks and months wore on internecine squabbles erupted and from what we could tell there were reports to Facebook and these compromised a series of accounts of those who became the targets. We could never tell, initially or eventually, from the outside whether someone was having problems with their account due to technical limitations and who was receiving a challenge to their account from Facebook admin, asking for identification or proof of being "Samael Deathbringer" or whatever pseudonym the person was using.

By slow and incremental portions almost everyone began to either resurface with a new, legal name, or simply reappear with a new account and a new, or the same, nickname they had been using before. The technical means of keeping people together as friends or group members or whatnot while all this was happening was somewhat tenuous, and people became more and more quiet within Facebook as a result. Fewer and fewer of our group continued to use the shared account, until pretty much i was left with it.

At that point i decided to see what i might do with it. I had my legal name account, and was exploring the ins and outs of that to good effect. I re-assigned the name of the group Satanist account and quickly learned that there were only so many *times* that this could be done (maybe once or twice more after exploring). Not only this, it wouldn't even ALLOW my Satanic initiated name (either "Troll" or "Towelhead"), so i was stuck with trying to get a variation on my title, winding up with 'Grand Mufti Satanist', all of which apparently passed their mechanical filters.

I then set about issuing friend requests to dozens and dozens of people: anyone with the name 'LaVey', anyone with 'Satan' in their name, etc., and it was only after about the first 40 or 50 that i began to get challenges via the Facebook system that i "might not be using the account as was intended". I discontinued and tried the same thing the next day or a few days later and had similar effect. I built it up to something like 1400 Friends and then it began giving me regular captchas, so i stopped that and instead began to explore its chat feature.

I began to add hundreds of people to chat without asking them and seeing what would happen. There were many who simply remove themselves from the "discussion", some who were very happy to be there and commenced to chatting away, and some who bitterly complained at being dumped there without asking. Some made noise, others began to converse in very interesting ways amongst us.

Eventually it became obvious that chats like this didn't last long and, while we could have a sustained engagement of this type, inevitably a bunch of us would be compromised and our accounts removed and so those who knew one another couldn't really sustain being members of it. The chat was truly a bust, and this after i had abandoned IRC and Dalnet to devote a bunch of time to analyzing and exploring Facebook.

Meanwhile SIN and other boards were going through upheavals and revolutions, and we would occasionally get word from Zach about it. In Aug of last year i heard from him and had to re-sign-up because he'd lost control or the whole thing had been hacked. I dutifully and loyally re-created the Troll account after all that history which had gone before, and posted the 'Triumphant Return' essay which had become my herald upon again returning (prior after having again received a booting from the board, now upon the board itself returning!).

After months i was pretty much the lone standing of us who hadn't been relegated to a legal name account or departed to realms elsewhere. I had joined numerous groups, wrestled with a batch of interested Satanists and quasi-Satanists, Dark Pagans, etc., creating numerous groups, taking over some after they'd been abandoned, seeing some of them set from Public to Closed and from Closed to Secret heavily restricting the likelihood of being found without advertizing.

After some 2-3 years at least of this kind of activity (almost entirely separate from my first account), Facebook finally caught up with me and challenged the Grand Mufti Satanist name, requesting it be changed, and i changed it to 'Satanist Grand Mufti' and wondered how they would possibly leave it untouched. For another 6 months or so i bolstered the groups and pages that i owned with that account by co-owning them with my original account, just in case, watching numerous of my friends lose accounts because of their pseudonyms (mostly Satanists and Neopagans) and sure that that account would be doomed but i'd make my best effort to retain it.

Sure enough some 3.5-4 years into its use i finally got the challenge i was expecting demanding an ID. I examined their rules, which stated that if you had a piece of correspondence and a business card with your name on them, then this would be acceptable proof of identity. I spent the $15 to have a minimal set of business cards with 'Satanist Grand Mufti' on them with my photo and email address, sent myself some mail which arrived without a very heavy cancellation, scanned them both and sent them in for proof.

Perhaps needless to say, despite their rules including this, they did NOT accept this as a name, and froze the account. I then set into the next phase of my plan (which i had only barely prepared to implement -- my efforts were somewhat half-hearted). I designed a means of recreating an account using a RTF file with links to all the friends that i cared to reproduce, plus links to all groups to which i wished to belong, and then used this with different email addresses successively to recreate the Satanist Grand Mufti named account. I got this down to a 15 minute process!

So then i proceeded to watch as the Facebook folks put my IP on a more and more brief watch and hand-refroze the account with less and less intervening time until the last couple were 2 days and about 4 hours. At that point (May of 2015) i gave the whole project up and re-set the pages of Troll Towelhead to operate as my Satanist outlet, noticing a huge decrease in my involvement amongst actual Satanists. I just got the repeat Christians wanting to sell their souls.

Since then i've been busy, and intended to once again set out into the internet to find out whether any of these boards were alive. I did find SIN immediately (someone posted a Facebook ad for the New Testament Satanic Bible with a foreward by Zach Black which drew my interest in looking him and SIN up). That gave me incentive.

So here i have returned, and just in the last few days have resumed IRC Dalnet #satanity involvement as well, letting Venus and other regular denizens of it that this was the intention.

So hello again! :)

Just venting.

I am so tired of lying to everyone about who I truly am. It is draining. Earlier this year, I dyed my hair black and got an office job. I went from San Francisco street punk to a respectable member of the community almost overnight. It is shocking!

Every single day, I put on my prissy little outfits, catch the train, and grab something caffeinated on my way to the office. Everyone thinks I am such a nice girl. It disgusts me! They have no idea who I really am or what I stand for. I am so tired of being fake to people all the time. I am a dark, creative, unorthodox, eccentric devil worshipper with destructive tendencies. They think I am a shy, sweet, gentle kitten.

Ultimately, my desire is to find a platonic soulmate, with whom I can share all these darker aspects of myself, not just my socially acceptable facade. Someone I do not need to hide my true self from. No more pretending. I am sick of pretending. I just want to be myself with someone.

FYI, I am not online here very often. The best way to contact me is zombieforsatan@gmail. Let's be friends.

I found this old survey on my hard drive and it was something like 80% finished. I finished it, and here it is. Spoiler: It's a complete waste of time.

1. What do you think your life is about?

Eight years too long.

But seriously, it's about me. ;)  What else could my life be about?

I love the phrasing of that question , BTW. "What do I think " intead of "What is"

What drives you in life?

A pirate walks into a bar with a steering wheel in his fly. The bartender asks why it is there, to which the pirate replies "Yar, I do not know myself, but it's been driving me nuts"

Something like that.

This can be something like a goal or a purpose, or anything else that comes to mind.

I want to leave behind an entertaining chalk outline or a bloodstain on the highway that looks like something. I want the people who see it to turn their heads sideways like confused cats and ask each other "Do you see what I see?" It's impossible to plan these sort of things and I'll never know so Meh.

And that's something like a goal or purpose.

2. What were you like as a kid?

Feral. But more kid-like.

3. Describe your relationship with your parents.

Parents?

Does anything stand out about the way you interacted?

The word 'interact' meaningless when it comes to my parents. Don't let 'em fool ya, though. Public appearances do matter to them.

4. What values are important to you?

* self-awareness

* understanding

* intensity

* tacos

What do you hope to avoid doing or being?

Anything in the least resembling Optimus Prime and/or especially Rodimus Prime. An RV? Really?

5. Aside from phobias, are there any fears that characterized your childhood? Have they continued into the present day, or not, and if not, how have you dealt with them? No. No. They were first against the wall when the revolution came.

6. a) How do you see yourself?

With a mirror. ;) Sometimes still water on a pond or something shiny, metallic, or glass. Or I can look downwards and there I am --headless.

b.) How do you want others to see you?

Heh, using a mirror as well. That'd be swell.

c.) What do you dislike the most in other people?

Bile.

7. Which habit do you most automatically act on? Rank the following habits from most to least automatic, on a scale of 1 (most) to 3 (least).

a.) Work for personal gain with more concern for self than for others.   Rank: Of course.

b.) Strive for a sense of tranquility in yourself and the world around you   Rank: Floyd

c.) Decide what is right for the betterment of something or someone else.  Rank: Retired.

8. Where does the wandering mind take you?

Bitch keeps trying to take me to Didneyland.
What provokes this? Heh. Fuck you.

9.What makes you feel your best?

This state called flow, which I often refer to as ghenja.
What makes you feel your worst?

I don't feel my worst. Actually, I don't think I have one.

10. Let's talk about emotions. Explain what might make you feel the following, how they feel to you or how you react to the emotion:
a.) anger - I'm in strawberry fields, bitch. Forever.

b.) shame - Pffft.

c.) anxiety - Nothing.

11. Describe how you respond to the following:

a.) stress - Irrelevant to an autotelic.
b.) negative unexpected change - Wheee! Shit to fan.
c.) conflict - ;)

12. a.) What kind of role are you naturally inclined to take in a group? Why?

Wait, you have to take a role in a group? Really? I usually kinda just walk in and say "hi", y'know?
b.) If put in power, how do you behave? Why?

I behave, uh, powerfully, I suppose.
c.) Do you tend to struggle with others who have authority over you? Why?

Not much. That would be an internal struggle.

13. What do you see or notice in others that most people don't?

Uh... do you think I have x-ray vision?

14. Comment on your relationship with trust.

Trust is a word.

15. Briefly: What religious and/or political beliefs do you have? Do you think they influenced your responses in this questionnaire?

Ima nihilist. I don't believe so. (rimshot)

Optional Question (due to personal nature): Discuss an event that has impacted your life significantly; more importantly, how you responded to it.

I was born. I was all like "WAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

Extra Questions:

Which of the following temptations do you find yourself acting upon the most? (And briefly state why)
- To constantly push yourself to be the best

That's like masterbation, besides, being the best happens occasionally without trying anyway ;)
- To be without needs, well-intentioned

Again, autotelic.
- To replace direct experience with concepts

Autotelic!
- To have an extreme sense of personal moral obligation

Pffft. Rational self-interest.
- To think that fulfillment is somewhere else

On the motherfreekin moon, I suppose?
- To cyclically become indecisive and seek others for reassurance

I'd rather have my hands cut off than reach out.

- To overuse imagination in searching for yourself

::POOF!:: I'm Mikey Mouse! No, wait, here I am. Fuck, I'm still Mickey Mouse!
- To avoid conflicts and asserting yourself

Do what now?
- To consider yourself entirely self-sufficient

I can consider myself anything. I consider myself a frog. Who wrote this survey?
What's something you are: a.) thankful you have b.) wish you could have? Why?

a.) My left nut.

b.) An extra left nut.

Why?) Because then I'd have three nutz.

True story. With that said...

While otherwise minding my own business, I was seized with a primal hunger which only my natural need for the primal thrill of the primal hunt could primally satisfy...

Stalking my way to the hunting grounds silently and deftly,  I watch my prey, ready to partake of the fallen lamb like the true Badass Nature  Predator lion mojo motherfucker I am by my super Satanic birthright...

And there, among the Hungry Man stew and the ramen noodles, I glimpsed my natural prey -- spaghetti in a can! I expertly cornered it before it could escape and grabbed it with my predators claw!

There, in the moment I held it aloft I felt it not wriggling to get free! It's stationary nature and lack of will to live -- which I was about to snuff out permanently -- was very gratifying to my primal predator nature. To this little can of spaghetti -- I AM GOD!

Then, my primal nature took over and I blacked out. I must have ripped open my prey mercilessly because I came to mere moments later on the couch, fork in hand, viciously ripping it's guts out and eating them raw, still glistening red with tomato sauce!

And lo! I must have caught a little jalapeño as well, for it's neatly sliced remains and watery blood were mixed with the guts of my natural prey!

Such gore! Such triumph! Such badassery!  Who can stand next to such a natural predator such as me! Certainly not my prey!

Damn, I'm still hungry.... GWARWRWR! To the hunting grounds!

Yolo, motherfucker!

I ventured into the past and found an interesting video.

The topic was depression. The opinion was, I gathered, that depression was a motivating cue. I couldn't agree more.
But sometimes an individual gets so bogged down in the belief they are powerless to change their life that nothing short of drastic measures can restore their motivation to live.

I believe depression is a deep fear. The deepest fear I know of is not death but losing control of your life. The need to maintain autonomy presents itself in the human mind as early as two years of age. We are wired to be free to choose. Ask any person the first time they are incarcerated what was the worst part of the experience? Humiliation? Other inmates? The atmosphere of disregard? Being a number?
They would likely say it was the first realization of their loss of freedom. They have lost personal choice. Their choices are now made for them. Nothing is more valuable to the soul.

A depressed person has lost sight of their choices. They have lost faith in their own power of choice. They see life in black and white and narrow their choices until they reach only one; suicide.
Satanism is a natural cure for depression.
You can tell a person their depression is a signal of a deeper need to change, but the deeply depressed have lost sight of their ability to change. A depressed person needs one thing; to be shown their own power; especially over their own weakness to their emotions and their thoughts. Satanism and other parts of the LHP do exactly that. They hand the power of self control back to the individual. Thoughts, beliefs and emotions no longer dominate your life; conscious awareness does.

Escape from depressing patterns of thought requires emotional control, thus ultimately, Self-Control.

*Originally published on my blog on the old SIN site, 2011-2012 thereabouts.

I've often been questioned, asked candidly even, about why I chose to label myself a Satanist when I don't really adhere to any religion. This is kind of akin to asking me personally why I chose a life path that compels me to thrive on conflict, reject the notion of 'nomos' (law), and cultivate the mindset of the adversary--when in reality--I could have chucked all those realizations and just moved with the tide of things, having everything handed to me and accepting my lot in life, predestined yet directionless. My perception of religious belief is similar to the latter. Belief, to the religious, is often equated to loyalty and conviction (faith). I always make a distinction in the question: Does a fundamentally religious person dwell more on whether their beliefs are true or whether they're going to be true to their beliefs?

I suppose, from my life experiences, one can discern that some of the desires and goals I wanted to achieve were constructive, but somehow I was always drawn to a sort of 'destructive' tendency (call it a hidden desire or disposition within myself) to walk the path of transgression. For me, this had its beginnings after looking inward, cultivating my anger and guilt from turning my back on religion, and fostering a mindset of learning without imposition. To not look upon transgression as a stigma but rather a positive realization of thriving from experience and overcoming adversity--this process always starts internally and for some may never be externalized. It's the effect of fire, of antisocial implosion, a raw conflict of the mind that creates through destruction.

Constructive goals, such as finding order and organization in my life without placing the self secondary (my own concepts of 'god' and 'pantheon'), or discovering insight through learning and creating, became primary motivations. I reaped many of the social rewards and benefits of being constructive in this way. Yet within me always lay a certain frame of mind that ran contrary to this. Not a type of solipsism or misanthropy, but more of a destructive human animal tendency that wasn't detrimental to the self. This was never a passive-aggressive impulse as I experienced it. In some types of conflict, I can only simply describe it as an emotional, somewhat carnal perception, like the feeling one has when they have the urge to violently spit on something. It goes beyond socially imploding or going against the flow. It's a natural, carnal reaction to the ignorance (and lack of comprehension) expressed by those cloistered and fraught with holding religion as a personality descriptor and adhering to a 'divine plan'. To the religious, the concept of Satan cannot be understood apart from the dichotomy of good and evil. To manifest an adversarial disposition, from the satanist, there must be a clear understanding of this separation of ideology.

In this context, one can perceive the abstract interpretation of Satan as a 'conflict', a principle of separation. It entails a symbolic expression of man's duplicitous human instinct and nature. A representation of two distinct human qualities: One embraces amorality, physical indulgence, will to power (insofar as an acute awareness of the power of destruction to manifest progress), and the desire to transgress standards of morality or ethical behavior. The other is a quality of detachment within the self, a desire to transcend human and physical needs. To willingly suspend disbelief and explore magic and asceticism, in order to heighten one's intuitive awareness of the world around them.

This dichotomy is often attributed to higher or lower aspects of human nature, and the ability of the human mind to hold opposing ideals sacrosanct. Aspects of human instinct considered 'lower' are often feared and misunderstood as evil qualities when determining meaning, so the symbolism and connotation within Satanism naturally defines a sort of 'carnal adversarial' human instinct that is not 'god' centered.

I intuit the concept of betterment through conflict. I accept and understand the duplicity of inherent human nature, enough to intuit strength and weakness in the self. Perhaps this is a byproduct of being nurtured in an environment of lawlessness and counterculture, enough so to recognize the polar separation of ideas that manifest 'satanic' conflict.

Insidious imposition of religion rarely fazes me. I root out the deceit and turn it against an individual concept, each and every time. Imposition means that one does not respect my freedom. The limitations of faith-based belief, the esoteric codes and double standards (hidden under 'occult practice'), reveal a fundamental shackle of self-deceit: One is too weak to live with doubt and conflict. One is too weak to own responsibility. Many cannot see how this kind of faith bolsters these weaknesses.

To the pragmatist, and the satanist, it's quite simple to reduce this weak-willed nonsense to a childlike false sense of entitlement. It boggles my mind that some socially inept adults can be as weak minded as children when reacting to doubt and conflict. A thin mask of self-divinity (believing you are your own god) can hardly be construed as a carnal/satanic attribute when there is no substance. To be enamored of the concept does not liberate one from the reality of external influence and praxis. As a seeker of knowledge (in the carnal and adversarial sense), to resonate with form is easy. To resonate with substance, not so easy.
